Just in the Arzachena archaeological area is the very important nuragic village of La Prisciona recently the subject of excavations and restoration by Dr. Angela Antona of Soprintendenza per i Beni Archeologici per le province di Sassari e Nuoro.
Porto Cervo and the Costa S. are certainly the places that drive tourism in the north of Sardinia and probably the whole island, but the North East coast is particularly rich in tourist attractions. The Gallurese Coast offers the romantic Isola Rossa, the breathtaking view of Costa Paradiso, the beautiful white beach of Vignola, the rocks overlooking the sea of Capo Testa and the famous tourist resorts of Santa Teresa Gallura and Palau.
CANNIGIONE
Originally a fishing village, it is a renowned and charming tourist village surrounded by green, local and boutique spaces, where it is possible to rediscover the typical Sardinian handicraft and delicacies.
Its seafront is occupied by the docks of a modern and wide port in front of a beautiful beach: light coarse sand that merges into a sea of infinite shades of blue.
Ideal half for those who love sports since Cannigione is equipped with various outdoor gyms, beach volleyball, five-a-side football, bocce courts and a cycle path along the seafront between Cannigione and La Conia.
Near the village there are many other beaches: Tanca manna, Mannena, Barca bruciata and the small and beautiful beach of li piscini.
Arzachena, less than ten kilometers from the village, embodies the style of the Costa S.: pink granite and white stones characterize the architecture of the houses.
COSTA S. Monti di Mola
Founded by Prince Aga Khan in 1962, famous for its emerald-colored sea, its squares rich in worldly life and its high quality services.
It is the most exclusive and popular resort in Sardinia whose heart is Porto Cervo. The fame of the Costa is linked to some priceless naturalistic beaches such as: Piccolo e grande pevero, Liscia Ruja, Capriccioli, Spiaggia del principe and Romazzino.
PALAU – PORTO POLLO E ARCIPELAGO

An appointment not to be missed is the Sardinian Monday morning market in the center of Cannigione where you can find Sardinian delicacies such as fruit, vegetables and the inevitable Sardinian cheese., While on Thursday there is a fixed appointment in San Pantaleo, the most famous of Sardinia.
Every day it is possible to sail to the La Maddalena archipelago through a guided tour with lunch on board, four long stops, experiencing the magic of the most beautiful islands of Sardinia.
